Dr. Alhamzah Alnoor is a seasoned administrator with a decade of experience in organizational studies, social commerce, multi-criteria decision analysis, leadership and innovation, strategic planning, and information systems. Throughout his career, he has successfully led numerous projects, delivering substantial business value. Creative, adaptable, and highly motivated, Dr. Alnoor maintains a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and professional excellence. He serves as a reviewer for multiple academic journals and has published extensively in high-impact journals. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at the College of Business Administration (COBA), A’Sharqiyah University (ASU), Ibra, Oman. Dr. Alnoor earned his MBA from the University of Basrah, Iraq, and obtained his Ph.D. from the School of Management at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. Additionally, he completed his postdoctoral research at the School of Computer Science, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia. His research contributions have been widely recognized, with many of his papers being among the most-cited in prestigious journals such as Current Psychology, International Journal of Human–Computer Interaction, Competitiveness Review: An International Business Journal, Global Business and Organizational Excellence, and Journal of Family Business Management. Dr. Alnoor also serves as an academic editor for the Journal of Human Behavior and Emerging Technologies and is an editorial board member of several other esteemed journals, including Discover Sustainability. Furthermore, he is a guest editor for the Journal of Innovation & Knowledge and has successfully published several books with Springer and Emerald.
