My research agenda is focused broadly on the hematology, Immunohematology, Molecular biology and Genetics

I used several hematological techniques and molecular techniques and Bioinformatics. My research to date has employed a rich variety of data sources and methodologies.

<p>&nbsp;I have Two collaboration with Seven universities in different countries as follow</p> <p>Countries: Sudan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and&nbsp; India</p> <p>Universities: University of Gezira, Universities: University of science and technology, Gulf Medical University, Prince sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, Alrayan Colleges, Omdurman Ahlia University and The Neotia University.</p> <p>In May 2023&nbsp; I collaborated as first author with Prince sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, Al-Kharj, Saudia Arabia and with Gulf Medical University, Ajman,UAE,&nbsp; University of Gezira, Sudan and University of science and technology, Sudan. The project was about Molecular aspect of the common types of Beta- thalassemia mutations among Sudanese patients.</p> <p>.Link:&nbsp; (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37259733)</p> <p>In January 2023 also I collaborated in another project as co author with gulf medical university, Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Alrayan Colleges - Saudi Arabia,Omdurman Ahlia University, Sudan, Prince Sattam Bin Abdul Aziz, Alkharj, Alriyadh, Saudia Arabia,The Neotia University, WB, India, and University of science and technology, the project was about&nbsp; Correlation betweenKidd blood group (Jk) and renal function tests in the End Stage ofChronic Kidney Disease (ESCKD) patients.
