هو أستاذ الإرشـــــاد النفسي المساعـــــد بجامعة الشرقية، يحمل درجة الدكتوراه في التربية وعلم
النفس، تخصص علم النفس التربوي / الإرشـــــاد النفسي من جامعـــــة محمد الخامس بالرباط كلية
علوم التربية عام 2010 م ، حاصل على الماجستير في علم النفس التربوي من جامعة السلطان قابوس
عام 2004 م، وكذلك بكالوريـــــوس التربية عام 1994 م، كما أنه حاصــل على دبلوم الدراسات العليا
في البحوث والدراسات اللغوية والأدبية ، وحاصل على مؤهل مهني عال في مجال الإدارة والموارد
البشرية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي، ، ودورات متخصصة في التخطيط والتدريب والإدارة والتوعية والإعلام
 . والحملات النفسية والإعلامية والمعلوماتية.

عمل الدكتور خليفة الجهوري ضابطا في رئاسة أركان قوات السلطان المسلحة، وقد تولى مناصب
عليا ، ومسؤوليات رفيعة في الشؤون المعنوية والنفسية والإعلامية كان آخرها مديرا للعمليات
 .الإعلامية والنفسية بالتوجيه المعنوي

للدكتور خليفة الجهوري سجل حافل يمتد لأكثر من (29 ) سنة من الخبرات المعمقة في التدريب
والتحاضـــــر السيكولوجـــــي والبحـــــوث والدراسات النفسية وخدمة المجتمع ، والتحدث لدى وسائل
الإعـــــلام المختلفة، كما سبق له العمــــــــــل خبيرا مساعدا في المجـــالات النفسية والتدريب والإعلام
, في وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني

دى الدكتور خليفة خبرات تراكمية في المشاركات المجتمعيـــــة والبحـــــوث والدراســـــات والتحكيم
والإرشاد النفسي والمهني ، وهو مدرب محترف و معتمد لدى الأكاديمية البريطانية للموارد البشرية ،
ونظير كفاءته وجدارته حصل على ميدالية الثناء السلطاني عام 2004 م ، وميدالية الخدمة الممتازة
عام 2015 م

للدكتور خليفة الجهوري نشاط واسع في مجالات التدريب والتطوير وقد اشرف ونفذ ( تقييم العائـــــد التدريبي للبرامج التدريبيـــــة ) بوزارة البلديات
الإقليمية وموارد المياه عـــــام ،2014 والمؤهلة للحصول على شهادة الجودة الأيزو، كما أشرف واعد البرنامج التأهيلي للموظفين الجدد بوزارة
البلديات الإقليمية وموارد المياه لعام 2015م، وقد قدم أكثر من 50 دورة وورشة عمل في مختلف المجالات النفسية والإعلامية والثقافية
والإدارية

ألقى أكثر من 3200 محاضرة في المجالات النفسية والإعلامية والتربوية وتنمية المهارات والإدارة والتخطيط والبحث العلمي، وإدارة الأزمات،
والمهارات الإدارية، وسيكولوجية التعامل مع وسائل الإعلام ومواجهة الضغوط النفسية والمهنية ، والتفاوض الفعال ، والاختبارات النفسية ،
. واستراتيجيات العمليات النفسية والمعلوماتية

كما أنه درب أكثــــــــــر من 1200 فـــــردا من المشرفيـــــن ومساعديــهم والمراقبين ومساعديهم ضمن الحملة التدريبية والإعلامية لتعداد 2003
م، وقد صمم ونفذ أكثـــــر من 30 دراســـــة و 80 ورشة عمل وحلقة تطبيقية’ وقدم عشرات الاستشارات والجلسات النفسية والإرشادية منها
 .عدد 356 جلسة إرشادية لصالح وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية

أشرف الدكتور خليفة الجهوري على دراسات علمية وبرامج تدريبية عديدة في وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية، ووزارة الدفاع، ووزارة البلديات الإقليمية
.وموارد المياه، ووزارة التربية والتعليم، وبلدية مسقط

Assistant Professor of Psychological Counseling at A'Sharqiyah University, has an extensive
academic background. He earned his PhD in Education and Psychology, specializing in
Educational Psychology/ Psychological counseling, from Mohammed V University in
Rabat, Faculty of Educational Sciences in 2010.

Additionally, he holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from Sultan Qaboos
University in 2004 and a Bachelor of Education from 1994. Further enhancing his qualifications,
 Dr. Khalifa holds a postgraduate diploma in linguistic and literary research and studies,
along with a high professional qualification in management, human resources, and strategic
planning. He has actively sought to broaden his knowledge by attending specialized courses
in planning, training, management, awareness, media, psychological operations in
media, and information campaigns.

Moreover, Dr. Khalifa Al Jahwari's professional journey extends beyond academia. He served
as an officer in the Chief of Staff of the Sultan's Armed Forces (SAF). Throughout this period,
he assumed senior roles in SAF Moral, Psychological and Media Affairs, ultimately becoming
the Director of Media and Psychological Operations at SAF.

Notably, Dr. Khalifa Al Jahwari possesses a wealth of experience, accumulating over 29
years. This spans diverse areas such as training, lectures, research in psychology, psycho-
logical studies, and community service. His expertise extends to being a recognized
speaker and guest on various media channels and programs. Additionally, he worked as an
assistant expert in psychology, training, and media atthe Ministry of National Economy.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Dr. Khalifa Al Jahwari has received pres-
tigious honors, including the Royal Commendation Medal in 2004 and the Distinguished
Service Medal in 2015.

Education
— ExperienceDr. Al Jahwari's commitment to training and development is evident in
his supervision and implementation of programs. For instance, he
oversawthe ”Assessment ofthe Outcome of Training Programs” atthe
Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources in 2014. His
influence extendsto delivering over 50 courses and workshops across
various psychological, media, cultural, and administrative fields.

Furthermore, Dr. Al-Jahwari's impact is marked by delivering more
than 3200 lectures. These encompass diverse subjects such as edu-
cational fields, skills development, management, planning, scientific
research, crisis management, administrative skills, media psychology,
and strategies for psychological and information operations. He has
played a pivotal role in training overi,200 supervisors, assistant super-
visors, team leaders, and assistant team leaders as part ofthe training
and media campaign forthe 2000 census.

His contributions also extend to designing and implementing more
than 30 studies and 80 workshops. Dr. Khalifa has provided numerous
counseling and psychological sessions, including 356 counseling
sessions for the Ministry of Social Development. Notably, he has
supervised scientific studies and training programs in various govern-
ment ministries and entities.
