Racem  GASSARA  holds  a  doctorate  in 
Private Law, a Masters in Private Law from 
the Faculty of Law of Sfax and a DEA in 
Economic Law and Business Law from the 
University  of  Nice  Sophia-Antipolis.  He 
initially focused on patent law as applied to 
biotechnology. He teaches commercial law 
and company law at the Institut Supérieur 
d'Administration  des  Affaires  and  the 
Faculté  de  Gestion  et  des  Sciences 
Economiques in Sfax. He is also a founding 
member of the Tax Law, Financial Law and 
Business Law laboratory at the Sfax Faculty 
of Law.
