The Diploma program provides students with a gateway to future opportunities for professional and academic development. Diploma qualification in Business Administration (Management) will provide students with numerous employment opportunities in various specialisms (e.g., general management and administration, human resources, recruitment, management consultancy, retailing, marketing, logistics management, and transportation, etc. The Diploma in Business Administration (Management) graduates will find employment in the public, private, national, and international organizations; and non-governmental organizations.
The Management Department operates a 3 credit hour course system, which is based on the US credit hour curriculum model. Students are required to accumulate 66 credit hours a passing 22 courses (each is a 3 credit hour course) in order to graduate with a Diploma in Management specialization.
PROGRAMME CONTENT The taught elements of the program comprise an integrated package of University requirements, College requirements, Major requirements, Business and Major elective courses. Students will be awarded the diploma upon successful completion of the required 66 credit hours.

To gain admission to programs in the College of Business Administration (COBA) a student:
Should have successfully completed the courses of all subjects of the general education diploma or equivalent;
Should achieve the standards set for the subjects of the Genera Foundation Program;
Should have studied subjects which qualify him/her to be enrolled in programs in the College of Business Administration, namely: Applied Mathematics.
Must be medically fit.
