With more than 27 years of experience within Oman's educational sector, I aim to be part of a progressive and dynamic leadership team that strives to implement organizational initiatives to achieve agreed milestones and objectives.

• Identify, develop, and employ relevant practices to ensure a smooth student transition to the college program.
• Work closely with the HoDs and faculty to ensure the achievement of students learning outcomes.
• Oversee the activities relevant to institution and program accreditation.
• Development of new academic programs (PHD in Management, Master in Finance).
• Help in recruiting and interviewing qualified staff in different departments.
• Monitor the progress of college committees.
• Assist in developing an academic schedule and performance appraisal.
